Our Story –

Dual Qualified in Ireland and UK Tax

Rose Tierney is a Chartered Accountant FCA in Ireland and UK and a Chartered Tax Adviser CTA also in Ireland and the UK. This means she is dual qualified in Ireland and UK tax. Qualified in both jurisdictions and also practising in both .

After many years in practice in London and Dublin she set up TTax – Tierney Tax. Having advised businesses from large multinationals to sole trader start ups, Rose now uses that wealth of experience in assisting individuals and businesses on crossborder tax matters arising in both jurisdictions.

TTax established by Rose Tierney is an independent tax advisory practice. The practice provides tax advice and compliance services across a range of tax heads in both Ireland and the UK. Qualifed in Tax in both Ireland and the UK with 30 years experience in practice. That makes Rose Tierney and her team at TTax best placed to advise on UK Ireland cross border tax matters.

Since start up, I have recruited and trained the staff to deal with tax issues on both sides of the border. The ability to be able to flip from one set of tax rules to the other on a daily basis means that staff are exposed to much better and broader experience than they would be in a general accountancy practice.”

At TTax we also operate as an independent tax adviser for professional accountancy and legal firms enhancing the services that they can provide to their own clients. We often refer to this as Own Label Services.

Our client base is spread across the border region and far beyond across the island of Ireland and GB. It is made up of SME’s, start ups and professional practices. TTax offers clients a personal, responsive and proactive approach to resolving tax issues.
